This non-sterile qpore® syringe filter has a hydrophilic membrane made of PES and is therefore ideal for the filtration of aqueous solutions. PES has a high filtration rate and low protein binding. Thus, this syringe prefilter can be used wherever application or clear filtration is permitted under non-sterile conditions, as is most often the case in sample preparation prior to HPLC or GC. Prefilter made of glass fiber included.

The stable filter housing made of polypropylene is pressure resistant up to a maximum of 6.0 bar which allows fast filtration.
