Claims, Returns & Repairs

Should you ever not be satisfied with your order we will be happy to help!

Please note that different terms apply depending on the reason of return.


Goods can be returned for credit within 10 days if the products

  • are still in the sealed original packaging
  • have not been used yet
  • are in recurring demand (no products, that are only ordered upon request)
  • safely packaged and sent back to us free of charge.

Excluded from this are special manufactures, special orders, chemicals, goods that are not common products or require special storage (i.e. lower than room temperature), as well as goods with an expiration date. Further exceptions from the voluntary returning opportunities are possible. For these products of exception the exclusion from return is indicated.

Return shipments take place at the risk and expense of the buyer. Should the product packaging no longer have an intact original seal we reserve the right to charge for the cost of analysis. Reimbursement of shipping costs in cases of granted return is ruled out. Packages sent by carriage forwards can not be accepted.


A claim can be made if:

  • the delivered product is not as ordered
  • the delivered product is damaged


Should a product ordered through us not work anymore we will gladly aid you in taking care of repairs. In order to clarify jurisdiction and further procedures please fill out the form below in as much detail as possible.

Returns of opened and used/ tested goods

Please keep in mind that products that are not unopened and in their original packaging can only be accepted if they have been verifiably decontaminated.
This precaution is necessary as many of our customers work with hazardous materials.

Please use the following form for the documentation of decontamination and enclose it in your return shipment.
