SERVA BluePower 300 BLOT Power Supply

The BluePower™ 300 BLOT power supply (300 V, 2 A, 300 W) is suitable for applications requiring high currents, such as tank blotting or semi-dry blotting of larger protein gels. It is also compatible with separation of nucleic acids. 4 x 2 outputs, programmable.

All SERVA BluePower™ power supplies are easy to use, safe and reliable. They are fully protected against overload, including short-circuiting of outputs: an automatic shutdown function stops the voltage when a ground fault is detected.

Automatic crossover

Each model features constant voltage, constant current and constant power with automatic crossover, indicating which parameters are kept constant.

Programmable power supplies

Custom editing of programs is quickly accomplished. 9 programs can be stored, each with up to 9 steps. Once a set is created, parameters can be changed during the run without interrupting it.

Data acquisition, data transmission and remote control

All BluePower™ power supplies feature continuous logging combined with a real-time clock. Data can be transferred via the USB interface to visualize and review the stored run details. In addition, the power supply can be remotely controlled by your computer.

Timer function

The timer function allows you to run your gels at a constant time, while the Vh integrator gives you maximum reproducibility for difficult runs.

Voltage ramp mode

A linear voltage gradient for each step unless the limit current or power is reached.
