SERVA BlueCube 300L

The SERVA BlueCube-300 is a small and compact documentation system for recording SERVA DNA Stain Clear G- and EtBr-stained nucleic acids in agarose or acrylamide gels.
The BlueCube is a compact instrument measuring only 30 cm wide, 26 cm deep and 23.5 cm high and weighing 10.4 kg. The instrument is equipped with a CMOS camera, a 2-filter system, a UV filter (∅ 25 mm), and an extendable UV stage (312 nm, 180 x 140 mm). A magnetic protective screen for safe cutting of bands is included. An external laptop (supplied with the "-L" version) is connected via USB.
Acquisition and 1D analysis software for quick and easy analysis of the acquired image is included and offers the possibility of automatic detection of bands, determination of molecular weight and quantification of bands.
