SERVA SERVALight Helios CL HRP WB Substrate Kit 100 ml

Extremely sensitive, enhanced chemiluminescent substrate for the detection of immobilized proteins (Western blot) or nucleic acids (Southern and Northern blot) either directly labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or indirectly labeled with HRP-labeled antibodies/streptavidin.
The substrate is quickly prepared by mixing component A (luminol/enhancer solution) with component B (stabilized peroxide solution) in a 1:1 ratio. Due to the extremely high light output of the substrate, very short exposure times or very high antibody dilutions can be used. This is particularly crucial for achieving optimal results when detecting using films.
