SERVA SERVALight Vega CL HRP WB Substrate Kit 50 ml

Highly sensitive, enhanced chemiluminescent substrate for the detection of immobilized proteins (Western blot) or nucleic acids (Southern and Northern blot) either directly labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or indirectly labeled with HRP-labeled antibodies/streptavidin.
Substrate is quickly prepared by mixing component A (luminol/enhancer solution) with component B (stabilized peroxide solution) in a 1:1 ratio.

• Directly compatible with protocols of standard ECL-WB substrates from other suppliers
