  • Industry 4.0: these weighing platforms can be easily integrated into your process chain. All collected values can easily be transferred to your system as digital and already calibrated data via the many available interfaces for further processing. This saves costs, time and resources and makes your work even more effective
  • Connecting the scale to a tablet or PC offers the advantage of benefiting from the apps and programs installed there, which are usually already tailored to your needs, allow simple and convenient operation, and can often be expanded as desired. This offers you maximum flexibility in the display, processing and storage of the collected weighing data
  • Query and remote control of the scale via external control devices or computers using the KERN Communication Protocol (KCP). The KCP is a standardized interface command set for KERN scales and other instruments, which allows the retrieval and control of all relevant parameters and instrument functions. KERN instruments with KCP can thus be easily connected to computers, industrial control systems and other digital systems. The KCP is largely compatible with the MT-SICS protocol
  • PRE-TARE function for manual pre-weighing of a known container weight, useful for fill quantity checks
  • Freely programmable weighing unit, e.g. display directly in yarn length g/m, paper weight g/m2, etc.
  • Level indicator and foot screws for precise leveling of the balance as standard, thus ensuring most accurate weighing results
  • Draft shield standard on models with weighing plate size (105 mm), weighing chamber W×D×H 146×146×80 mm
  • Included in delivery: BalanceConnection software for calibration and management of the KERN KDP, for large-format display of the collected values on the PC as well as transfer of these data to other apps and programs
