• The -series fluorescence microscope is based on the usual high quality and variety of the OBN series. The outstanding and stable design in combination with the high-quality optics sets standards in fluorescence microscopy in this class
• The powerful and dimmable 20 W halogen transmitted light illumination (Philips) as well as a 100W epi-fluorescence incident light unit (OBN 147/ OBN 148) ensures perfect illumination and excitation of your fluorescence preparations
• Alternatively, the OBN 141 model is a fluorescence microscope with 3 W LED transmitted light illumination and 3 W LED epi-fluorescence incident light illumination
• This series features a professional Köhler illumination with adjustable field diaphragm as well as a centerable and height-adjustable 1.25 Abbe condenser with adjustable aperture diaphragm
• The very large mechanical mechanical stage with ergonomic coaxial coarse and fine drive on both sides allows fast, precise adjustment and focusing of your specimen
• In the halogen version OBN 147 / OBN 148, a filter wheel that can be equipped with up to 6 filters is available. As standard, this is equipped with B/G or B/G/UV/V fluorescence filters. The OBN 141 LED variant is equipped with a B/G fluorescence filter with interchangeable slider as standard. The interchangeable slider and filter wheel allow you to quickly change the excitation filters
• A wide range of eyepieces, objectives, color filters, darkfield condensers as well as a butterfly tube, polarization and phase contrast units can be easily integrated thanks to the modular construction system.
• The centering objective for fluorescence adjustment, a dust cover, eyecups and a multilingual operating manual are included in the scope of delivery
• For the connection of a camera, a C-mount adapter is required, which has to be selected from the following model equipment list

Applications

• Especially for translucent and thin, low-contrast, challenging preparations (e.g. immunofluorescence, FISH, DAPI staining, etc.)
