These self-standing Whirl Pak® bags make sample handling easier. They no longer need to be held, allowing the user to perform important laboratory functions with both hands. The bottom of the self-standing pouches unfolds when a sample is placed inside the pouch. This allows the bag to stand upright independently. Whirl Pak self-standing pouches function just like a bottle or beaker. However, they cost less, are sterilized, shatterproof, and use only a fraction of the storage space that bottles and beakers would require.
