Fritsch® Standard rotor P-19 cpl. with V-cutting edges, hardened stainless steel with counter knives

This rotor with straight cutting edges and fixed knives made of tool steel grinds the sample gently through a pure cutting action. Alternatively, a rotor with V-cutting edges and fixed knives made hardmetal tungsten carbide is offered, which additionally grinds the samples with an impact/cutting action. As an extension to this, the side milling cutter rotor with indexable inserts and hardmetal tungsten carbide fixed knives, withstands heavy duty use and offers the best stability of the knives. This rotor is even suitable for the grinding of p.c.b.-scrap with glass fiber residue. The rotor with straight cutting edges and fixed knives of tool steel, grinds the sample gently through pure cutting action and may be used for easily cut materials and therefor offering a not as effective size reduction as the rotor with V-knives. For the sample preparation according to RoHS and WEEE (for the poof of hexavalent chromium) and for the XRF-analysis we our cutting tool sets made of chromium-free tool steel.
