SERVA SERVALight EosUltra CL HRP WB Substrate Kit 20 ml

Ultrasensitive, amplified chemiluminescent substrate for the detection of immobilized proteins (Western blot) or nucleic acids (Southern and Northern blot) either directly labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or indirectly labeled with HRP-labeled antibodies/streptavidin.
The substrate is quickly prepared by mixing component A (luminol/enhancer solution) with component B (stabilized peroxide solution) in a 1:1 ratio.
SERVALight EosUltra is optimized for maximum length of light emission and is therefore optimal for detection with CCD image documentation devices.
- Ultra-high sensitivity, detection limit in the mid to low femtogram range
- Extremely long light emission at a very high signal level over 18 hours
- Primary antibody dilution 1:5000 - 1:50 000
- Secondary antibody dilution 1:50 000 - 1:250 000
- Detection can preferably be done with a CCD image documentation device or film.
