qpore® membrane filter, nylon, non-sterile, 0.45 µm, Ø 47 mm

The qpore hydrophilic membrane filters, made of pure nylon on support material, are designed to be uniformly wetted and retain their tear strength when used in general filtration or medical testing, eliminating the use of wetting agents that could be extracted when filtering aqueous solutions. Nylon membrane filters are flexible, durable and tear resistant and can be autoclaved at 135°C. The high quality nylon membrane filters are suitable for filtering aqueous solutions and most organic solvents. Nylon membrane filters are suitable for a wide range of biological samples and can be used where other membranes are unsuitable or difficult to use.
